We promote musical and creative excellence, educate for a better appreciation of arts and music, and celebrate the power of cultural exchange.
Through live and streamed online performances, our influence extends beyond the physical confines of the city, inspiring and nurturing the next generation of musicians and performers.
Piano on Park is a 501(c)3 NY-based non-profit organization committed to enriching the cultural fabric of New York City by creating new opportunities for musicians, performers and artists to connect with diverse audiences. The concert series was launched in 2015 with performances by soloists, chamber ensembles and small bands of all musical styles and colors.

The Creative Team
As the host of Piano on Park, Cyrus von Hochstetter has produced and presented concerts with diverse musicians since 2015.
With his training in both classical and jazz piano, he straddles the musical worlds as a pianist, composer, educator, public speaker and presenter. As a pianist, he has performed internationally, toured the US with chamber music ensembles and produced records with diverse musicians such as Larry Campbell, Ryan Keberle, Stéphane Wrembel and David Taylor.
Cyrus von Hochstetter launched a free concert series for the Two Bridges Neighborhood Council in New York’s Lower East Side and also designed an innovative composition curriculum teaching children as young as seven years old how to write music from scratch.
With a passion for storytelling, he frequently speaks about the language of music and introduces audiences into the deeper fabric of classical music through his educational YouTube video series ‘My Music Notes’.

Lynlia Tso

Lynlia Tso is an arts administrator, piano teacher, actor, and recording studio assistant based in New York City. Whether it is shooting a film, teaching piano technique, or live streaming a concert, she is always doing something in the arts field. Interested in its psychological and neurological impact, Lynlia envisions spreading the joy of the arts on mental well being and relationship to human life. To this end she dedicates herself to being a strong advocate for artists and art organizations. In May of 2023, Lynlia graduated with a Master of Arts in Performing Arts Administration at New York University. She previously received a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Chinese Language & Literature at CUNY Hunter College under the Macaulay Honors Program. In 2019, Lynlia completed her capstone year in Taiwan under the American Council’s Language Flagship Program, where she studied Mandarin extensively and worked as an intern at the Taiwan Philharmonic. Most recently, Lynlia competed as a top 10 finalist of the Miss Chinese Pageant.
Lynlia is currently pursuing a second graduate degree in Music Therapy. In her spare time, Lynlia enjoys singing and playing the ukulele, and posting her self-development journey on social media.
Joseph Patrych

Joseph Patrych is a recording producer and the owner of Martin Patrych Memorial Studios in New York, well known for many well-received recordings and videos of classical music. Mr. Patrych has worked as a freelance producer for many prominent record companies including Bis, BMG, Bridge, Centaur, Music & Arts, Nonesuch and New York Philharmonic Special Editions, and has worked with numerous world-class artists. His CDs have received many awards and nominations. Mr. Patrych is a pianist, conductor, choral singer and audio/video consultant. In addition to his New York-based studio work, Mr. Patrych regularly provides recording services throughout the United States. He has designed and built recording and archival studios for Harvard University, the University of Missouri at Kansas City, the Edison National Historical Site, and the International Piano Archives at Maryland, as well as many private studios.
